Core connected to the heart and happy to share
The structure of GYTS04 cable involves inserting fiber ribbons into loose tubes made of high-modulus material. The loose tubes are filled with a waterproof compound. The core''''s center is a metallic strength member. For certain fiber counts, an additional layer of polyethylene (PE) is extruded over this metallic member. The loose tubes (and filler rods) are stranded around the central strength member into a compact circular core. Interstices within the core are filled with a water-blocking material. A longitudinally applied double-sided plastic coated steel tape (PSP) is applied before a nylon jacket is extruded to form the complete cable.
Purchase linkExcellent mechanical and temperature characteristics.
The loose tube material itself has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength.
Filled with special thixotropic jelly, providing critical protection for the optical fibers.
The nylon sheath offers excellent anti-termite properties.
The following measures are adopted to ensure the cable''''s water resistance:
Single wire central strength member.
Loose tubes filled with special waterproof compound.
Complete cable core filling.
Double-sided plastic coated steel tape (PSP) improves the cable''''s resistance to moisture penetration.
Effective water-blocking materials prevent longitudinal water seepage.
