1.Develop and revise product and raw material standards and specifications, and continuously improve them.
2.Responsible for new product development, optimization of existing optical cable structures, and revision of cable structure drawings.
3.Responsible for optical cable mold design.
4.Test and implement new technologies, materials, and processes to ensure stable and reliable production applications.
5.Organize analysis and timely resolution of various quality incidents during production.
6.Cooperate with relevant departments to handle customer quality complaints.
7.Provide technical training and guidance to employees and customers.
8.Responsible for contract review and BOM creation for optical cable products.
9.Assist the department in completing system certification tasks.
10.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
1.Associate degree or higher in a science or engineering field;
2.Proficient computer skills, with preference given to experience in designing tooling/molds using AutoCAD or other drafting software;
3.Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, fast learning ability, willingness to master optical fiber and cable technology, and a team-oriented mindset.
1.Develop the assigned regional market and promote optical cable product sales to achieve annual sales targets.
2.Maintain and develop new customers while fostering strong communication with clients.
3.Manage the signing and execution of sales contracts, and assist in handling after-sales matters.
4.Conduct dynamic analysis of market pricing and provide valuable solutions for the company.
5.Collect accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
Aged 25–35, gender不限 (no gender restriction);
Good health, strong moral character, and a sense of responsibility;
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field;
Strong communication and sales skills, proactive and driven to explore new opportunities;
Candidates with established customer resources or relevant work experience are preferred;
Passionate about sales and able to work under pressure.

Annual package: RMB 70,000–150,000, including base salary + travel allowance + project bonus + year-end double pay + annual bonus.
