Sichuan Lefei Holds 2019 Employee Discussion Meeting

To boost communication, motivation and belonging, Lefei held the 2019 Employee Discussion Meeting in its 4th-floor conference room on the afternoon of April 24, 2019. Thirty-eight people attended, including Chen Chongming (Party Branch Secretary/Trade Union Chairman), GM Xiao Yi, employee reps and enthusiastic staff.
At the meeting, employees spoke actively, and leaders responded to all their questions and suggestions.
In closing, GM Xiao Yi summarized: He recognized employees’ hard work in various roles, thanked reps for conveying frontline voices, noted the company would sort out, study and act on the feedback, and urged joint efforts for development.
